Wifi was unreliable.

The hotel is in need of a renovation! The mattress was a foam pad that was shredded across the top, which they tried to hide under a mattress cover. We spent the night in a 'sink hole' in the middle! Room was also overcrowded with furniture. Breakfast choices were bread, bread, and more bread options only! This is definitely a place to avoid on your journey!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Howard Johnson. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The lobby had all the amenities of a higher-priced hotel, and the price we paid was a great value. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing exceptional service and help throughout our stay. Even though the breakfast was average, considering the price we paid, we had no complaints. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.

Nothing
Everything. The staff was rude and the rooms were not very clean. We were accused of throwing the outside chairs and trying to destroy them when in fact it was the rain storm that had moved the chairs around the parking lot.

Free wifi was ok and room did have a fridge. Had access to both interior hall and drive up access door.
Room had smokey smell at drive up doorway. No top sheet on second bed. Poor water pressure.. had to fill cups at sink and hand to my daughter to rinse her hair. Broken fridge door.

I recently stayed at Howard Johnson for a quick weekend getaway. The desk clerk/manager was incredibly helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything on the strip. I particularly liked the selection of juices at the breakfast bar. Despite the dining room being under construction, the staff managed to keep everything clean. I hope the hotel gets a facelift soon because it has the potential to be really popular!
Totally recommend this hotel.

Dirty floors and stained carpets. Fridge had not been used or cleaned in long time-smelly. Coffee maker had coffee but no pot. Room access opened to dumpster in back parking lot-flies/bad smell. Walk-up guest checked in adjoining room at same time but lower rate but staff would not reduce our rate.

It was downtown, close to grocery and gas
The door frame was broken, so you could see light though it, A/C didn't work, bed mattress needed replacing 5 years ago, the Bar fridge sat on a Styrofoam pad. No breakfast, even though it was advertised.

Good location: The hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat and shop during my stay. Friendly staff: The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, providing good customer service throughout my stay.
Dirty rooms: The rooms were not properly cleaned, with dirty surfaces and dusty carpets. It was clear that the cleaning staff did not pay attention to detail.

Convenient location with nearby shops and restaurants. Easy access to the border.- Another advantage was the spacious and clean rooms.
Terrible breakfast with very limited options. Maintenance issues in the rooms such as non-functioning lamps and night lights.

Price. Location was near many businesses and restaurants. Wi fi had a good connection. Room was clean and seemed to have been recently maintained. A good hotel for a short stay if you want to do business in cornwall. Nothing fancy,
Staff could provide better customer service. Facilities need to be updated with the times in which we live. Their are 70's and 80's old style furniture and settings. Their were a couple of 7 degree nights during my stay and no heating available even though I cranked the switch no heat came out.. So the room was cold at times. (Need to better manage the heating system). Heard complains from other customers of a bad breakfast.
